1. About LovaSTL
LovaSTL provides digital 3D-printable STL files and related digital products. All products sold through LovaSTL are digital products unless specifically stated otherwise.
No physical products are shipped as part of a standard STL purchase.
2. Digital Products
When you purchase a product from LovaSTL, you are purchasing access to the digital files included in that specific product.
Product descriptions and preview images should be reviewed carefully before purchasing to understand what is included.
Because our products are digital, product availability, file formats, model quantities, and included content may vary between listings.
3. Downloading Your Files
After completing your purchase, you may receive a PDF containing Google Drive download links for your purchased files.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your purchased files.
LovaSTL is not responsible for files lost because of a customer’s failure to download or securely store their files.
If you experience a problem accessing your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
4. STL Files and 3D Printing
Our products are intended for use with 3D-printing equipment and compatible software.
Printing results can vary depending on:
- 3D printer
- Filament or resin
- Slicer settings
- Printer calibration
- Model orientation
- Supports
- Printing experience
LovaSTL cannot guarantee identical printing results on every printer or setup.
Customers are responsible for checking and preparing files in their preferred slicing software before printing.
5. Personal Use
Unless a product specifically includes a commercial license, purchased STL files are provided for personal use only.
You may download and use the files for your own personal 3D-printing projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or otherwise distribute the original digital STL files.
6. Commercial License
Certain LovaSTL products may include a commercial license.
Where a commercial license is included, customers may use the purchased files to create and sell physical printed products, subject to the terms and limitations of the applicable commercial license.
A commercial license does not transfer ownership of the original STL files.
Even with a commercial license, you may not:
- Resell the original STL files
- Give the STL files to customers
- Upload the STL files to file-sharing websites
- Distribute the files through marketplaces or social media
- Claim ownership of the original digital models
- Create a competing digital STL library using our files
The specific commercial-license terms included with your purchase will apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All original digital files, designs, graphics, images, descriptions, and other content provided by LovaSTL remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original digital files to the customer.
You receive a license to use the files according to the terms associated with your purchase.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use LovaSTL products or website content to:
- Redistribute or resell digital files
- Share download links publicly
- Upload files to torrent or file-sharing websites
- Sell or distribute modified versions of the original digital files
- Claim the original designs as your own
- Use our website or products for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized distribution or misuse of our products.
9. Orders and Payments
Orders must be paid in full before digital products are made available.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. LovaSTL does not control the policies or systems of third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Refunds and Digital Products
Because LovaSTL products are digital and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, digital products are generally non-refundable once the files or download links have been provided or accessed.
However, if you experience a genuine problem with your purchase, such as missing files, corrupted files, or an issue preventing you from accessing your purchased product, please contact us.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide assistance, replacement files, or another reasonable solution.
11. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, file information, and other listing details are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur between preview images and the final printed result.
Customers should carefully review the product listing before purchasing.
12. Website Use
You agree not to use the LovaSTL website to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Introduce malicious software
- Interfere with website operation
- Copy website content for commercial purposes without permission
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
